Owner & Founder – Trent Dalton

TDD Carpentry & Construction is proudly owned and operated by Trent Dalton, a skilled and
motivated carpenter based in New South Wales, Australia. From a young age, Trent developed a
strong passion for the carpentry and building industry, driven by a desire to deliver quality
workmanship while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every project.

Trent began his career through a School-Based Apprenticeship (SBAT) in Year 11, where he quickly discovered a genuine appreciation for working with timber and hands-on construction. This early exposure allowed him to build real-world experience from a young age and set clear goals for his future within the trade.

With a long-term vision of owning his own business, Trent consistently pushed himself to learn, improve, and refine his skills across multiple areas of carpentry and building.

Trade Background & Career Journey

Throughout his apprenticeship, Trent made it a priority to gain experience across a wide range of carpentry disciplines. His training began with prefabricated frames and trusses, before progressing into general building works and later specialising in carpentry fit-outs.

After completing his apprenticeship, Trent launched TDD Carpentry & Construction at just 20 years old, demonstrating ambition, confidence, and commitment to the trade.

Trent has built a strong online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, sharing real projects, behind-the-scenes work, and insights into the trade. With thousands of followers across platforms, he has established credibility both on-site and online.
